Peter J. Kelley & Associates has years
of experience creating, advising and assisting charitable
and religious organizations. We have helped establish
social agencies, churches, synagogues and mosques. Our
services begin with the incorporation of a new
not-for-profit organization under one of several provisions
of New York State law. We see to it that the tax exemption
of the organization is recognized by both Federal and State
taxing authorities.
We represent several not-for-profit
organizations on a continuing basis, offering general
counsel, real estate services, and advice in crisis
situations affecting their members and clients. We also
assist them in establishing new programs and services.
